Honesty Bar
The Honesty Bar in the lounge is open 24 hours a day. South Tyrolean wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages are available for self-service, and you can individually mix them into cocktails as you wish. A selection of snacks and regional delicacies complement the offering. Please make a note of what you have consumed. You will be billed for these at the end of your stay.
Wellness bag
We are happy to provide you with a wellness bag at an additional fee. The bag contains:

  • extra bath towel
Cleaning
  • Daily standard cleaning
  • Weekly change of bed linen and towels
  • (more frequent changes available on request)
  • Final cleaning is generally included in the price.
  • The kitchen is excluded and must be left clean.
    In the event of heavy soiling, a cleaning fee of up to €150.00 may be charged, depending on the amount of work involved.

If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please let us know in advance.

Self check-in is possible at any time. You can submit your details in advance using the arrival form sent to you by email. Upon arrival, all that remains is to hand over the keys and provide you with any remaining information, ensuring that your arrival is smooth and hassle-free.

We are happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

We can issue individual accommodation vouchers on request.

The entire building is barrier-free and wheelchair accessible.

Smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

Privacy is maintained at all times. Video surveillance is carried out in compliance with the GDPR and is used exclusively for security purposes.
Duty of care
Our Residence has been built and furnished to an extremely high standard.
We kindly ask our guests to treat the furnishings and premises with care, and to refrain from causing any deliberate damage, in order to maintain the property's quality and value in the long term.
Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
  • No additional cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival.
  • For cancellations made between 30 and 26 days prior to arrival, fees amounting to 50% of the total amount booked will be charged.
  • For cancellations made between 25 and 21 days prior to arrival, fees amounting to 70% of the total amount booked will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 20 days prior to arrival, fees amounting to 100% of the total amount booked will be charged.
  • In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the booked, unused days will be charged.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Conscious and natural living is at the heart of everything we do at Alnö. We ask our guests to avoid plastic packaging wherever possible. Careful waste separation is an integral part of our sustainability concept, and appropriate collection bins are available for this purpose.
Our climate house is heated by a modern underfloor heating system. This provides an even, soothing warmth and ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
The water throughout the village and in the entire house is of an extremely high quality. It is safe to drink and rich in minerals, which are said to have a positive effect on bone health.
For environmental and resource reasons, we kindly ask you to reuse your towels wherever possible.
